Pay Your Mortgage

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has several easy ways to make loan payments: by mail, over the phone, in person, and online. Either automatic or online payments are the most convenient methods to pay your mortgage.

Make a Payment

Payments can be made utilizing the following methods:

  • Free online payments at https://kyhousing.estatusconnect.com/
  • Automated Clearing House (ACH)
    ACH, also known as autodraft, can be completed online or via the ACH Agreement form to ensure your payments are made every month without you having to think about it.
  • Automated Phone System
    Dial 703-857-2117 or 800-633-8896, option 3.
    You will need your loan number, bank routing number, and checking account number.
  • Speak to a Representative
    Call 502-605-1317 or 800-633-8896, option 6.
    You must have the routing and account number for your checking account.
  • U.S. Mail
    Use your monthly coupon from your payment booklet and mail your payment.
    Write your loan number on the memo line of your check.
  • Drop-Off
    Please note the items below. If you are stopping by KHC's offices, we recommend looking at the the Visiting KHC page first.
  • There is a drop box just inside our main entrance that is available 24 hours a day. Please do not leave cash in the drop box.
  • If you are paying with cash, obtain a money order and place the money order in an envelope with your payment coupon and write your loan number on the money order.
